All packages are delivered with USPS. No returns or exchanges. Our products are considered "spiritual items" which hold energy and for that reason there are no refunds or exchanges. FOR WHATEVER REASON YOUR PACKAGE IS SENT BACK I.E MISSING APARTMENT NUMBER YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR RESHIPMENT. IF YOU PLACE THE WRONG ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT (at checkout you must verify your address twice so there’s no confusion) THERE WILL BE NO REFUND.

Orders will be shipped out 2-3 business days. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Please allow 7 days for candles to be made and shipped. All tarot readings will be confirmed via email before reading. Please allow 7 days to curate spiritual baths and to be shipped out. We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages marked delivered but not received, or merchandise damaged during transport. Orders will be shipped to the shipping address that you enter at checkout. We ask you keep your billing address & shipping address the same. If you absolutely need to change your shipping address, make sure you change it on our site after you enter your credit card information! If not your products will be shipped out to your billing address.

We do not process orders on weekends or national holidays. If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday. After receiving an order confirmation, shipping activity will become available after 24-48 hrs. Please track your package at www.USPS.com. We do not ship to PO boxes.

All items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. The United States Postal Service (USPS) reports that as of January 2018, it takes an average of one to three days for Priority Mail.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

International orders are shipped via United States Postal Service First-Class Package International Service® and can take 2 to 4 weeks to arrive. Please note that some countries will impose additional tariffs on items shipped from abroad. The customer is responsible for any country-specific tariffs and duties.

No matter your sexual orientation, gender identity, racial identity, ethnicity, cultural identity, religion, beliefs, physical ability, socioeconomic status, social class, age, etc., I will respect you and hold space for you. I do not answer “quick follow-up questions” after the reading has concluded due to the constraints of my personal schedule. I simply do not have the time. Please be sure to ask me whatever you need during our session, and respect my time as I respect yours. If you have follow-up questions, please consider purchasing a follow-up reading.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your reading, I require 24-hour notice, as is standard practice of most professional businesses. If you cancel before the 24-hour window, your money shall be refunded. If you reschedule, your payment will be applied toward your next appointment. Bear in mind, I will only allow one reschedule per appointment, so please be absolutely certain your rescheduled time will work. Failure to provide 24-hour notice will result in the forfeiture of your refund. 24-hour (or longer) notice of cancellation is the only instance because I do NOT provide refunds, so please be absolutely certain you want to book an appointment with me before you click.

If you are a no-show, with no communication to me, I will not read for you again. This may seem harsh, but consider that is not only disrespectful, I could have scheduled another client in your place. I value your time. Please value mine.
